Office transitions · British Columbia
A clear plan for everything leaving the office.
For relocations, lease returns, renovations and closures, Deartree helps project teams assess furniture, identify recovery routes and coordinate the agreed removal scope.
One project view. Scope confirmed before work.

One coordinated scope
Fewer handoffs.
Clearer responsibilities.
We connect asset decisions with the labour and logistics required to complete the space—based on the real furniture, building and schedule.
Inventory and value review
Identify what may be sold, reused, relocated or included in another feasible recovery route.
Disassembly and removal
Plan labour, protection, access, loading, transport, delivery and installation where included.
Project completion
Confirm responsibilities, schedule and any requested documentation before work begins.
What may be included
Built around the site,
not a generic promise.
The final scope may combine asset recovery and project services. Every component is confirmed in writing.
Furniture assessment
Item types, brands, condition and quantities.
Site planning
Floors, elevators, loading, parking and protection.
Value recovery
Potential purchase, resale, reuse or relocation.
Project logistics
Disassembly, labour, transport, delivery and installation.
Other recovery routes
Donation or recycling only where feasible and agreed.
Closeout information
Documentation or reporting only when included in scope.
Purchase, resale, donation, reuse, recycling, diversion results and destination reporting depend on feasibility and are provided only when included in the written project scope.
From first review to closeout
A clear process
for workplace change.
Good project control begins with the completion date, access constraints and a realistic inventory.
- 01 / SHARE
Define the project
Send photos, quantities, location, access and required completion date.
- 02 / ASSESS
Review assets and site
We evaluate potential value, labour, logistics and recovery routes.
- 03 / CONFIRM
Put scope in writing
Agree on responsibilities, timing, pricing and expected documentation.
- 04 / COMPLETE
Coordinate and close out
Execute the agreed work and provide the agreed completion information.
Pricing clarity
What shapes
the project cost.
Pricing depends on volume, disassembly, labour, building access, loading, transport distance, schedule, material handling and any third-party fees.
Recovery value and project cost are assessed separately, then combined into a clear commercial proposal where appropriate.
Common questions
Before the first review.
Do you work throughout British Columbia?
Deartree is based in Vancouver and supports projects in Metro Vancouver and other BC communities by project arrangement. Location, scale and timing are reviewed first.
Can furniture value reduce removal cost?
Sometimes. Any offset depends on item type, condition, quantity, market demand and project logistics. It is confirmed only after assessment.
Can you guarantee donation or landfill diversion?
No. Acceptance, recycling and diversion depend on the assets, local capacity, timeline and agreed scope. Specific outcomes or reporting must be confirmed in writing.
What should we send first?
Wide and close-up photos, an item list if available, site address, floor and loading details, desired completion date and any building requirements.
Make room for what’s next.
