Office furniture recovery · British Columbia
Surplus furniture may still have commercial value.
Send clear photos, brands, quantities, condition, location, access details and your deadline. We will assess current demand and the most practical next step.
Assessment first. Purchase is not guaranteed.

Possible routes
Start with the furniture.
Then choose the route.
Not every asset follows the same path. The useful outcome depends on condition, quantity, current demand, access and the project deadline.
Purchase or resale review
Commercial-grade assets with suitable condition, quantities and demand may qualify for a purchase or resale option.
Reuse or relocation
Furniture that still suits the workplace may be reconfigured, relocated or held for another agreed use.
Removal planning
When a direct purchase is not practical, we can discuss a defined removal scope and other feasible recovery routes.
Purchase, resale, reuse, donation, recycling and removal options are not guaranteed. They depend on the inventory, demand, location, access, timing, feasibility and written project scope.

Furniture assessment

you have.
Use one submission for each location. Wide photos help us understand the overall quantity; close-ups help us identify models and condition.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that Deartree will purchase the furniture. Purchase eligibility, service availability and pricing depend on the inventory, location, access and project timeline.
Common questions
Before you submit.
What furniture is most suitable for assessment?
Commercial-grade desks, task chairs, meeting tables, storage, reception furniture and workstations are reviewed most effectively when brands, quantities and condition are clear.
Will Deartree buy everything?
No. A purchase depends on item type, condition, quantity, market demand, location, access and timing. We may instead discuss reuse, removal or another feasible route.
Do you handle complete offices?
Yes, by project arrangement. If the request includes disassembly, removal, transport or lease-return timing, use our office-clearance service so the complete scope can be assessed.
Do you guarantee donation or recycling?
No. Donation and recycling depend on acceptance criteria, material, condition, local capacity, timing and the written project scope.
